Personal training Plan

If you’re local to me and you have a very specific goal in mind, are new to strength training, or just want closer personalized attention, you’re in luck. Personal training is an excellent option. Personal training is done in a 1-on-1 setting with a fully customized program and 100% attention on the client. All clients will receive an initial consultation and assessment to ensure all programs are individualized to their needs. Nutritional guidance will also be included based on the desired goal. Whether the goal is athletic performance, to build strength, fat loss or building muscle, this option will provide the most efficient program and coaching to reach these goals.

1 Time Single & Small Group training

1 Time Personal Training: If you’ve never had a personal training session, you might wonder what to expect during your initial session. The primary goal of this first session will be  an open communication in order to learn about your goals. Assessment and movement screen will be conducted to identify YOUR specific needs after which a customized program will be designed based on your goals, including strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility work, or a combination of these elements  and ensure you maintain proper alignment to prevent injuries. 

Small Group: If you want fully customized programming but prefer working in more of a group setting, semi-private training is the option for you. Sessions include up to 5 people, each with their own fully customized program. Training in this fashion not only enhances the training environment, but also dramatically lowers the rate. Goal oriented nutritional guidance will also be included for all clients.

SPORT TRAINING AND ASSESSMENTS

A general health and fitnesss assessment will be conducted to clear the athlete for training.  A performance assessment will follow suit to test an athlete’s initial level of performance which is essential for developing the athlete’s strength and conditioning. We carry out the mentioned assessments using quantifiable data and with respect to specific sports to understand what’s working and might need to be modified. A customized training program will be designed from the garnered performance assessments to develop a proper programming for all training cycles with the goal of improving each assessment overtime.

ONLINE COACHING

If you’re looking for fully customized programming but aren’t local, online coaching is your best option. Online coaching focuses on delivering specific, goal oriented programs to all clients. Whether the goal is fat loss, maximum strength/muscle gain or athletic development, the program will be designed for you to make progress in a safe and timely fashion. Online coaching includes:

  • Assessment and movement screen to identify YOUR specific needs
  • Fully customized program of up to 3 – 5 workouts per week with fresh training cycles delivered every month
  • Exercise library with videos of unique and common exercises demonstrating proper technique
  • Weekly check-ins to review the week, ask questions and go over exercise technique
  • Nutritional guidance for your specific goals
