My Story.
 My Mission.

I was born in Nigeria and raised in Cameroon, Africa. Let me paint you a picture. It’s July 2018. After I got into a day football (Soccer) academy to play as a young athlete and climb up the ladder over time. My dreams were shattered after I got involved in a college football match encounter leaving me with a displaced knee joint and months to recover. The injury at the time based on suggestions from experts in the field showed I wasn’t going to able to engage in strenuous physical activity for a reasonable time.

Before the injury, I’d been recovering from a dental injury which unfortunately had me out for 4 years. Whilst being injured, sports was not an area I focused on anymore due to the depression and loss of faith as a result of the back-to-back misfortune trying to get at it (My dream sport).

I didn’t want to admit it, but I was unhappy with myself. If I wanted to change it was up to me. I started thinking about ways how I could get over it and also build my confidence and self-efficacy. For me at this point, a better physique was all I ever wanted, to be back moving and playing bigger and better. I finally accepted my reality and told myself I could do better and that was how I got into bodybuilding with the sole purpose of building my confidence and standing out wherever I found myself.

I’m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and when I reflect on what’s led me until this point you’ll begin to believe the same with your life. As I delved deeper into bodybuilding and gained exposure to some insights about exercising I started developing passion and the urge to see others through doing exercise-related activities and to do the exercises injury-free. For change to occur, sometimes we need our own “epiphany” or a life event that propels us to action.

I also believe in the value of education and therefore spend a considerable amount of time learning up-to-date science and recommendations for training and nutrition. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

I am dedicated to transforming lives for athletes and daily people (non-athletes) through customized training programs that focus on achieving sustainable results. Whether the goal is athletic performance, to build strength, fat loss or building muscle, I am eager to share my knowledge and experience to guide others in achieving these goals.
